Excellent Shuttle and Helpful Staff!!!

direct bus connection complimentary shuttles multilingual staff

I greatly appreciate the direct bus connection to the airport. The hotel provides complimentary shuttles to the Tsuen Wan MTR stations, easing access to transportation. Multilingual staff helped me a lot.

Excellent Hotel with Great Transport Links!

direct bus free shuttles multilingual staff good value

The hotel has a direct bus link to the airport. Free shuttles run to the two Tsuen Wan MTR stops and I found many minibuses and normal buses , made transport links easy. The staff were multilingual and helpful. I think this is a good value base for a visit.

I found that sometimes there was not enough space on the shuttle to Tsuen Wan. I had to wait.

The room size is excellent and the sea view room was relaxing I really liked how clean it was. The rooms also include large windows. I enjoyed my time in the well kept room.

The buffet breakfast was good and I appreciated the available options. I also noticed a few restaurants were nearby the hotel with an easy walking distance. I will definitely come back. Breakfast was abundant.

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to reach the nearby MTR which I thought was useful. A self service laundry made it easy to get laundry done too. These amenities added convenience to my stay.

The staff at reception, concierge and shuttle bus were courteous approachable and helpful. They helped me with SIM activation right at the reception I was impressed. The team was very polite and professional.

broken room lock no compensation

the shuttle bus provided a convenient way to get to the train station.

the lock on my room door was broken on the second day. i did not receive any compensation for this inconvenience.
